Subcontractor costs as a share of revenue increased sequentially at most firms in the June quarter, Kotak Institutional Equities said in a note. The ratio rose to 9.6% at LTM from 8.3% in March, to 15.5% from 15.3% at Persistent Systems, to 11.7% from 11.5% at Wipro and to 8.7% from 8.5% at Infosys.
