KAS Group eyeing chip gear refurb play with Singapore company

Partnering with a Singaporean firm, it plans to be the first Indian company to enter the high-growth vertical at a time when chip designing and packaging units in India are expanding fast, and an explosion in chip equipment demand has exacerbated supply bottlenecks, Manjunath Jyothinagara told ET.
