BYD achieves over 300,000 BEV sales in a single month for the first time

In October 2026, BYD sold over 300,000 pure electric vehicles in a single month for the first time. Globally, the Chinese manufacturer delivered over 490,000 vehicles, including plug-in hybrids. This represents an increase of around eleven per cent compared to October 2025.
