Kobo 6.0 beta renders certain e-readers unusable

Kobo’s latest beta update is disrupting the core functionality of certain models, causing missing books, annotations and statistics alongside performance and synchronization issues. Kobo says the data remains intact and a fix is forthcoming, warning users not to reinstall older firmware.
