E.ON acquires Smatrics EnBW Italia

After a two-year interlude, Smatrics EnBW is once again withdrawing from Italy and selling its four charging parks in the north of the country, to E.ON. The sites house a total of 64 fast-charging points. The purchase price is undisclosed.
