BMW i3 runs 750 miles on a charge with record 8.8 kWh/100 km efficiency

Thanks to the sixth generation of its Tesla 4680-style battery and drivertrain, BMW was able to squeeze the utmost efficiency from the new i3. The sedan used only 14 kWh per 100 miles on the road.
