Citizen is adding two xC 30th anniversary limited editions. Each of them is capped at 1,200 pieces. The titanium ES9468-60D lands November 5 at 148,500 yen, the steel ES9431-51D on December 3 at 110,000 yen. The cheaper one holds twice the water pressure.
