Cummins to manufacture LFP batteries for commercial vehicles in Spain

US motor specialist Cummins announces the construction of a battery factory in Spain. Under its Accelera by Cummins brand, LFP battery packs for commercial vehicles will be manufactured there. The plan includes a modular 102-kWh system with a voltage of up to 840 volts for buses and trucks.
