Microsoft has released a new 13-inch laptop. Available globally, the new Surface Laptop 13-inch is physically smaller than the standard Surface Laptop 8, but still contains a 500-nit display, up to 24 GB of RAM, a Snapdragon X2 chipset and user-upgradeable M.2 storage.
